The Bottom & Top sashes our released and excess paint to the outer lining, pulley stiles and sash stiles is removed.
Both sashes our checked to ensure alignment and checked for easy movement.
Pulley wheels checked serviced and replaced where necessary.
Both sashes and box frame is checked for wood decay (Especially the lower pulley stiles, outer linings, bottom rails and the window sill) and repaired where necessary with a 4 part epoxy resin system.
New waxed sash cords are fitted and sash weights adjusted to the correct counter balance weight.
Our unique draught proofing system is installed into the top and bottom sashes.
Replace loose or missing putty.
Top Sash is re-hung and checked for alignment and easy sliding.
